These last few days I've been...

Discovering //
...Regent's Park
. Closer than I thought to work, it's walkable at lunchtime - loving the open space and getting away from the crowds

Hanging out //
...at a different gym. I fancied a change of scene so took advantage of the fact that I can use any Virgin Active club in the city. Refreshing and motivating!

Wolfing down //
...veggie sausage and mash at Mother Mash off Carnaby Street. Delicious? Oh. Yeah.

Reading //
...about different online sites for photosharing. Some interesting ideas here

Connecting //
...with other photographers via meetup.com. Feeling like getting me some real-life input and inspiration from like-minded souls out there!

101 reasons to love Bogota
Regulars will know that we head off to Colombia once a year. This list bigs up the benefits of Latin life in the city.

News is bad for you and giving up reading it will make you happier
I've often wondered about this. Remember the days before the Internet when you went abroad for 2 weeks and had no clue what was happening in the world for that time? Wasn't it kind of nice?

Soho: then and now
Cool slidey photo thing showing London street views past and present

Is it quicker to walk? A realistic tube map
This made me laugh ~ it took me about 5 years of living in London to realise that you could walk from Leicester Square to Covent Garden in about 5 minutes and there was absolutely no need to take the underground. Wish I'd had this map back in those days!

Happy Friday! Have a great weekend ♥
