Breakfast Smoothie

* 1 banana
* 1 pear
* a handle of fresh or frozen mixed berries
* 2 spoons of natural yogurt
* 1 spoon of bran
* 1 spoon of flaxseed
* a slosh of warm water


 
Whizz everything in a blender and you're good to go!
