Getting into Superfoods

I've been experimenting recently with some foods we don't usually eat that often. I'm keen to find out if so-called superfoods really can make a difference to my health and help put a spring in my step, especially during the winter time.

Popping up in the kitchen over the last week we've eaten:
* kale
* buckwheat soba noodles
* coconut oil
* beetroot
* sesame oil
* red cabbage
* almonds

I've put together some surprisingly tasty and quick meals...
