// Enjoying the autumn colours
I've been blown away this year by the amazing trees in our new area. Another reason I'm so happy we moved here!

// Exercising in the morning
Since we came back from holidays I've been keeping up my new habit of exercising early in the day. Getting on with it first thing really seems to work for me ~ there's less time to think about it & it's great to have my workout out of the way...

// Making vegan hot chocolate
It may not sound very appealing, but it really works!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbs date syrup, 2 tsp raw cacao, 1 tsp almond butter - blend & heat through - yum!!

// Experimenting with Shellac
I've found a local beauty salon which I like, so I thought I'd finally give Shellac a go, with a view to having it again when we're travelling over Christmas. I have to say I'm seriously impressed. After a week of full-on real-life wear I'm still chip free & glossy.

// Getting deeper into yoga
I've been spending more time on the mat recently & I've finally reached the point where my mind stops buzzing & clears. That's given me the motivation to keep working at it & hopefully start taking this feeling with me from my practice into my day-to-day.

// Creating
I've been working on getting together a selection of photos from both sides of our families. I'm almost done, just a couple more to finish framing & then we can start thinking about where to display them. All the pictures are black & white. I'll update more on this project when I'm done!
